Job Description

As Head of Facility Management Switzerland you will lead a team of 8-10 employees and will be responsible for our offices in Switzerland (Zurich, Bioggio and Geneva) with more than 25,000 sqm of office space. You will be in charge to provide a productive, safe, healthy and well-maintained ‘world of work’ for Avaloq. You will be part of Real Estate division, which reports into the Operations business area.

Main Place of Work: Zurich Manegg, with regular travelling to Bioggio (TI) and Geneva.

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate real estate sector leading a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in facility management, real estate, business administration, and/or similar
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial, proactive, customer service based mindset
  • Ability to work independently and under high pressure as well as in a demanding and dynamic international environment
  • Excellent communication skills to establish effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Participated in and/or managed workplace health and safety as well as evacuation procedures and initiatives
  • Experience in financial planning and cost management
  • Fluency in German, advanced in English, Italian would be a plus

It would be a real bonus if you have

  • Further education in real estate marketing
  • First aid training certificate
  • Safety officer training certificate
