We're seeking a dynamic Credit Manager to join our team and lead our credit operations to success. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth, innovation, and making a real organization's impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with the accounting team and project managers to ensure that the processes are in place to invoice on time
Supervise collectors who are responsible for decision making on customers, risk assessments and cash applications in multiple systems
Identify opportunities to improve automation and efficiency through policy, procedure, process and systems for the Swiss market
Monitoring aging and discuss corrective actions with local AR team and sales team
Create and drive the strategic operating plan within own area of responsibility
Manage the credit journey for the customers constantly looking for ways to improve the service offered
Work closely with Customer Service team to identify and support customers via the customer journey who are experiencing challenges in making payments on the terms originally agreed
This is a role with visibility where you will have the ability to develop new procedures and processes.

Requirements:
Proven experience in credit management or related field.
Languages: French/English/German written and spoken at least at Level B2
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Knowledge of credit laws, regulations, and best practices.
Diploma in finance, accounting, or related field
