For a temporary mission, we are looking for an
Your mission
You will be responsible for the HR administrative management while supporting the Human Resources department in its daily administrative and organizational tasks.
Your responsabilities
You will manage the administrative aspect of the employee life cycle (arrivals, departures, transfers, work certificates) and manage the onboarding of new employees;
You will manage and update employee data in the HR system and the follow-up of time management;
You will manage invoices and purchase requests and be responsible of the HR department's budget, in partnership with the HR Director;
You will be in charge of several HR processes coordination as the internal communication of the department (staff mail, intranet update), the training process and the organization of HR events (employee week, staff parties, work anniversaries) as well as reporting KPI’s;
You will participate in various HR projects.
About you
You have a commercial CFC and HR assistant certificate;
You have at least 3 years of confirmed professional experience in an HR department;
You are fluent French and English (oral and written), German is a plus;
You are an organized and rigorous team player, able to collaborate with multicultural teams across the organization;
You are solution-oriented, autonomous and proactive;
You are comfortable in a dynamic and constantly changing work environment.
