HR Specialist Vacancy detail

We are looking for a talented and motivated colleague for the position of HR Specialist, who will become a key member of our HR team.

What would be your main responsibilities?

• RECRUITMENT - Help build great teams and support managers in selecting ideal candidates.
• EMPLOYER BRANDING - Constantly looking for new ways to reach suitable candidates! In cooperation with your colleague, you will explore new channels, establish cooperation with schools, improve external communication and try to show the public what kind of employer we are. A bit of creativity would definitely be useful, because we don't want to follow the crowd and we want our communication to be interesting and catchy.
• EMPLOYEE CARE - Regular visits to stores, communication with employees and gathering feedback to improve the working environment.
• COMMUNICATION - Internal and external communication with District and Area managers of the brands, HR colleagues, applicants and others.
• ADMINISTRATION - Support of the recruitment process and work with Excel or systems, because without it you will not be able to keep track of our recruitment.

Retail is a dynamic field that demands quick thinking and adaptability. You'll need to be independent, resourceful, and possess a "can-do" attitude to excel in this role.

What are we looking for?

• 2-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Excellent English for communication with international colleagues, native Czech or Slovak
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for finding new solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with PowerPoint and presentation tools (a plus).
• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
