As a Steward Supervisor in

The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for

Supervise the stewards to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department

Ensure the neatness, cleanliness and orders of all kitchens and back of the house areas

Perform inventory and breakage control

Conduct appropriate trainings for the team to achieve departmental goals and standards

Assist in implementing and monitoring the health and safety system according to the hotel standards and requirements

Carry out both operational and administrative duties

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ F&B or hotel experience in relevant positions

Equipped with sound knowledge of chemical usage

Good communication and supervisory skills
