About the team: You will join our Customer Care Development team based in Switzerland, which is responsible for handling the business relationship and market’s initiatives of our Swiss Contact Service Center based in Lisbon. We also supervise the expertise of all our team members, who are serving our Customers and Retailers via multiple channels to meet excellence in service support. Who we’re looking for: Currently studying for your bachelor or master’s degree in business management or related field Data analysis skills Preferably knowledge in data visualizations and critical metric dashboards using Power BI and Excel Being able to work in autonomy Highly motivated, diligent, and self-learner Meticulous, problem-solving, and customer focused mindset Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management Willing to travel abroad Good communication and teamwork skills Proficient in English Good knowledge of other local languages being at least proficient in one of them (German, French or Italian) Roles & Objectives: You will support the enhancement & performance team within the customer care department. The first aspect of the internship is to monitor effective execution of Quality related projects, for which main tasks are data analysis, reporting and sharing insights. The second aspect is related to Training & Performance. In that role, you will be expected to support the implementation of a new training related tool, managing content and evaluate its effectiveness. The third aspect is to support various enhancement projects in collaboration with multiple stakeholders, by building insightful reports and share early feedbacks.
