We are looking for a UX Designer to help our Product Lines R&Ds transform all Bobst machines to a unified and user-friendly HMI (Human Machine Interface).
You will report to the Product Owner HMI within the Group Technology and closely partner with cross functional teams and experts in our organization.

Main Responsibilities
- Creating mockups and prototypes in Figma by using libraries
- Validating HMI designs
- Moderation of design workshops
- Provide support for the development teams
- Conducting user research
- Coordinating with internal R&D departments, other designers, the guideline team, and the development team
- Maintain and develop our pictures/icons library

We are looking for a highly motivated UX Designer who has a passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HMI design and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

Your personal attributes
- Knowledge of vectorial design in standard tools from the market (Corel Draw, Illustrator, Figma, etc.)
- A profound interest in user experience design
- Expertise in user-centered design
- Experience in HMI definition in the industrial context is a big plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with different teams and stakeholders
- Project management and leadership skills
- Very good spoken and written English and French. Further knowledge of German and/or Italian is an advantage
