The team takes care of the market’s the entire population in terms of managing and deploying different exciting projects and processes such as Talent and Performance management, Talent Acquisition and many more! Who we’re looking for: • Available from mid-July to February. • Enrolled University (Bachelor or Master) student at the time of the internship • Currently pursuing a degree in Management, Work and Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or related Area • Customer-oriented, proactive, autonomous and with a strong attention to detail • Good project management skills • Creative, responsible, well-organized & capable of dealing with a variety of projects and deadlines • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) • Strong interpersonal skills • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and French/German as a plus Roles & Objectives • Lead and manage the internal Internship Program by supporting our interns from their onboarding until their departure • Manage our Interns‘ recruitment • Develop, coordinate, deploy, follow-up and measure different projects (i.e. interns’ experiences, on-boarding and integration) • Support the HR team with internal communications • Prepare and deliver ad hoc presentations to internal and external stakeholders • Help in the preparation and analysis required for developmental initiatives, processes and trainings What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
