Responsibilities :

  • Employee lifecycle management
  • Planning and assessing HR needs
  • Drafting and posting job offers
  • Screening resumes and preselecting candidates
  • Organizing and conducting interviews
  • Making decisions on selected candidates
  • Implementing new employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Establishing employment contracts, amendments, and administrative documents
  • Monitoring absences, leaves, and overtime hours
  • Conducting sick leave and accident return interviews
  • Meetings with pregnant employees and assessing job-related risks
  • Regular meetings with department heads to ensure smooth service operations
  • Managing and monitoring performance evaluations and development plans
  • Addressing employee issues and conflicts
  • Mediating in employee-employer conflict situations
  • Conducting performance improvement and dismissal interviews
  • Coaching managers on dismissal, performance improvement, absences, etc.
  • Identifying training needs within the company
  • Organizing and coordinating training sessions
  • Monitoring employees' professional development plans
  • Payroll control
  • Annual closing procedures
  • Reconciliation of HR accounts
  • Checking salary certificates
  • Responding to various payroll and social insurance inquiries
  • Establishing and monitoring HR budgets
  • Participation in steering committees and writing minutes
  • Monitoring physician recruitments
  • Establishing the college of physicians
  • Establishing collaboration agreements with physicians
  • Optimizing the physiotherapy department
  • Updating HR documents (internal regulations, amendments, employment contracts, job descriptions, etc.)
  • Participating in HR projects (HR events, internal mobility, digitalization of HR certificates)
  • Implementing Abacus for time management and HR indicator tracking, and responding to managers' requests.

Requirements :

  • Swiss HR certification
  • 7-10 years of post-qualification experience
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and independent in managing complex projects.
  • Ability to provide creative solutions to evolving business needs.
  • Excellent legal drafting, interpretation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in office tools and a digital-first approach.
  • Experience in the medical/luxury/tourism industries is advantageous.
