Swiss Education Group  is your Swiss alliance of hospitality management schools in Switzerland. Our 4 hospitality management schools, alongside the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland, offer undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications. With a variety of specialisations on offer, ranging from Events Management to Finance, we encompass 5 schools across 6 state-of-the-art campuses ( Brig, Le Bouveret, Caux, Leysin, Lucerne & Montreux) all supported by our corporate head office in Montreux.

For our César Ritz campus in Le Bouveret we are looking for a Receptionist and Sport & Leisure Coordinator :

Receptionist and Sport & Leisure Coordinator 60%

Starting date : January 2019

Main key responsibilities

As Sport & Leisure Coordinator 40%

  • Organize sports activities/team sports and sports excursions
  • Organize internal weekend activities
  • Organize special events, school party and Sports day
  • Participate with students in all activities
  • Keep internal leisure facilities functional'

As Receptionist 20%

  • Answer the main telephone line following the school procedures
  • Welcoming the different guests
  • Responsible of in and out going mail, and all reception tasks
  • Responsible for all the monetary transactions at the reception desk
  • Relay any matters that require follow-up to the Residence Supervisors at night or during weekends

Competencies & Qualities:

  • Fluent in English and German (other languages desirable)
  • Front Office experience as a receptionist
  • Hotel Industry background a strong asset
  • Smiling, pleasant personality, well presented
  • Flexible and available to work on weekends or Bank Holidays when necessary
  • Sense of responsibilities 
  • Ability to communicate and understand students from different culture and maintain a professional attitude in stressful or challenging situations
  • Excellent organisation skills
  •  Swiss Nationality or C, B permit, or European Nationality CE/AELE
  • Flexibility to work during nights (11:30pm to 8am), weekends and bank holidays
