For Lonza (Global Engineering) in Visp we are looking for an Application Specialist (f/m/d).

The Application Specialist is part of the Project Controls Systems and Processes organization and is supporting the implementation of Oracle Primavera Unifier system on Global Engineering CAPEX projects.

Responsibilities:

• Training, guidance and support to end users
  
• Controlling the access to the system
  
• Understand how end users are using the application, collects feedback and identifies areas of improvement
  
• Drafting requirements and testing new features
  
• Supports the maintenance and updating of documentation and procedures
  
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Engineering, Science, Business Management, IT
  
• 2-4 years of experience as an Application specialist or similar positions
• Software experiences of Oracle Primavera Unifier System is a big advantage
• Strong communication skills
  
• Critical thinking and attention to details
  
• IT skills are a must, able to learn quickly and be comfortable with different software tools
  
• Language skills: English business fluent
• Job is on-site in Visp with 2 days per week homeoffice
• Duration of position is minimum 6 months, can be extended
