A day in the role

• In collaboration with Marketing & Sales, align the basic product assortments to the product-strategy, and monitor product-lines, product-mix and product-lifecycle. Track the performance and make necessary adjustments.

• Manage the product database.

• Be the bridge between Customers needs & Suppliers (internal & external), with the aim of continuously aligning the basic products assortment to meet client needs, and initiate measures to push product innovation & growth.

• Accompany the whole development process of personalized products /projects (such as new bottle/glasses or printing) on the following aspects: technical, design, needs & experience of B2B & End customers.

• In collaboration with Marketing & Sales, participate in the strategy for all our product categories (Glass packaging, Drinking glasses, Smart packaging), and services (Printing and Washing).

• Stay ahead by spotting market trends, analyzing customer needs and identifying opportunities.

• Manage product costs, ensure competitive pricing, and continually refine PM processes.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field ; completed with an official certification in Product Management ; and an additional education in project management

• 3+ years of experience in a PM role, ideally in the glass industry field

• Strong product management, marketing and sales, with data comprehension skills

• Use of Agile methodologies and design skills are assets

• Leadership qualities with operational aptitude, and willingness to work cross-functionally

• Business acumen, with an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit

• Fluent in French & German, English is an asset.
