Head of Sales and Business Development Contovista (all) 60-100%

• proactively driving pipeline and sales growth
• working closely with the rest of the leadership team to contribute to the overall data driven banking strategy and vision
• preparing offers (RFP and RFI) and performing product demonstrations
• developing strategic business partnerships, and expanding our market presence
• developing and implementing sales strategies for data-driven banking solutions
• business development of a data-driven banking business unit
• teamwork, creativity, leadership and innovation

• extensive sales experience in software (B2B/SaaS preferably) or in the financial services industry
• proven track record of driving revenue growth
• strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative sales and business development strategies
• strong understanding of banking workflow and tech industry trends
• excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with and advise customers
• leadership, strategic thinking, and planning skills
