Senior Business Manager Life Sciences

In order to develop our operations in the Swiss-German part, and reporting to the CEO Switzerland, we are recruiting a talented Senior Business Manager Life Sciences.


Your main tasks will include :

  • Developing our customer portfolio in the field of Life Sciences.
  • Delivering the group offers to this new customer base (EOD and solutions).
  • Creating a strong relationship with both our experts and the customers.
  • Create a strong network with our colleagues from the Life Science field worldwide.
  • Managing the development of our experts.
  • Generating targeted revenues and margin for 2020.
  • Ensuring that the values of our group are commonly shared by all.
  • Based on the growth achieved, coach a Junior Business Manager in second semester 2020.



  • Holder of a University degree in Engineering, Sciences, Economics or any other relevant discipline.
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in business services related to healthcare & life Sciences industry.
  • Successful experience as a Business Development Manager in Switzerland, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to establish long-term relationship.
  • Strong passion and knowledge of the Life Sciences sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, Swiss-German being a strong asset.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term vision.
