Two people share a full-time position as a Tandem Team. How the 100% workload is distributed in the Tandem Team is flexible and can be decided individually. The Tandem Team does not work simultaneously and ensures that one person is always available during working hours. Please apply only as a team. Your tasks


  • Increasing sales efficiency and competitiveness by designing and implementing a digital sales process within our existing CRM system
  • Maximize digital touchpoints inside the sales processes for small and medium businesses (SMB) in close cooperation with Sales, Marketing and Client Service
  • Drive continuous optimization of Customer Lifecycle Management in close cooperation with the Data and Sales Team
  • Leading the cross functional automation deployment project while ensuring seamless business continuity
  • Manage preproduction testing, quality control and ongoing monitoring of deployed process
  • Cooperate with the Lead Sales Operation for adapting CRM processes to digitalization requirements, while ensuring data and reportings integrity and effective communication to stake holders
  • Cooperate with the Head of Sales Operations to define and deploy a pricing strategy
  • Operative support to the Head of Sales Operations

Your skills


  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Science or Economy
  • Several years of experience in the online B2B environment (Sales Operations, Sales or Marketing)
  • Proven record of a sales process automatization (preferably in small or medium B2B businesses)
  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
  • Good know-how of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
  • Cross functional project management experience
  • Solution-oriented & analytical thinking skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • High social competence and leadership potential
