Your skills
  • Skilled in design principles, typography, color, and layouts for cross-device
  • Familiarity with common UX metrics and how to measure and interpret them
  • Able to write engaging, on-brand UX copy with good command of spelling and grammar
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Able to work proactive both independently and within a team
  • At least 2 years of experience as a UX Designer and a portfolio that demonstrates this
  • Fluent in German or French, very good English skills
Your Tasks
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Software Engineers and Researchers to shape and innovate features
  • Dissect problems and product requirements into great UX solutions that fit the product and complete features in time and budget
  • Results-oriented for the end-user and the business
  • Deliver modern and consistent visual design
  • Develop and maintain the design system for job publications for jobs.ch and jobup.ch
  • Plan and conduct tactical research such as usability testing or user interviews under supervision in collaboration with our UX Researchers
  • Formulate and test simple hypotheses with quantitative experiments
  • Assist the facilitation of collaborative group activities and workshops
  • Working in a team of three UX Designers and reporting directly to the Head of UX Design

  • Considering the experience we are looking for this position, a reasonable salary range for a 100% position is between CHF 100'000 and 112'000.
