Description and Requirements

You'll be responsible for:

  • Company Car Fleet Management: Oversee the management of the company car fleet and associated operations, including coordination with external leasing companies and providing guidance and support to company car users.
  • Foreign Employee Agenda Management: Administer the foreign employee agenda by handling registration and de-registration processes with local authorities, collaborating with external agencies on immigration services, and offering counsel and assistance to hiring managers.
  • Hard Skills Training Management: Coordinate hard skills training initiatives for site employees by engaging with training providers and offering advice and support to both employees and managers.
  • Support to HR Partners and HR Director: Provide operational support to HR Partners and the HR Director, including assistance with reporting, administrative tasks, and any other required activities.
  • HR Projects and Events Organization: Manage and contribute to various HR projects, as well as assist in organizing site events and activities for employees.
  • Key Interactions: Interact closely with HR management, site line managers, employees, external suppliers and agencies, as well as cross-functional HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, and HR Operations.

You'll bring:

  • Previous HR experience is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Excellent communication skills in Slovak and English language - in person and over the phone
  • Good organizational and time management skills with a focus on process improvement
  • Detail oriented and customer focused
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Team player and sense of humor

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1400 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
