SALES MANAGER

With offices across Belgium, Germany, the UK, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Italy and Ireland we provide a wide range of relocation solutions. We support expatriates and international companies with pre-hire orientation tours, home search assistance, school search, immigration, and settling-in services. As part of our services, we also have a furniture rental offering and manage a pool of corporate apartments across Switzerland.

What will you do

In this newly created role, you will lead the sales operation for Packimpex’s furniture rental product range and build our real estate and corporate apartment management portfolio. You will expertly execute sales enquiries generated from a well-established and existing network, as well as develop and drive new business opportunities. As a conduit between the different departments, you will also actively source and build new partnerships and conduct market research to further develop our product portfolio.
 

What will you bring

  • You are a customer oriented professional with several years of sales experience
  • Ideally you will have already worked within the real estate industry in Switzerland
  • You are capable of building strong professional relationships and see opportunities for new partnerships
  • You love to take ownership, to work independently and are self-motivated

    You possess a high level of commercial awareness

    You also have strong organisational skills and excellent time management

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in German and good command of English
