We are seeking a seasoned HR Payroll Specialist to join an international company. This role encompasses payroll management and oversees all operational HR functions for their Geneva employees. Reporting to the HR Manager for Switzerland, you serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding their HR-related inquiries.

Missions

  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle in our Geneva office, including contract management, HR document processing, and payroll coordination.
  • Support the inhouse payroll management.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in the HR information system, maintaining compliance with GDPR and data retention regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits with job gradings
  • Liaise with external providers for outsourced HR administrative activities such as work permits and family allowances.
  • Oversee the onboarding and off-boarding processes, striving to provide a positive experience for new employees and facilitating smooth departures.
  • Coordinate international mobility cases, managing relocation activities and ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Facilitate training programs in collaboration with external providers, managing training records and analyzing development needs.
  • Manage the work certificate process with external partners and promptly respond to employee queries and requests.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and digitalization efforts within HR administration.
  • Potentially participate in recruitment activities and lead or contribute to various HR-related projects.

Profil du candidat

  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR assistant, coordinator, or generalist roles within a multinational environment including payroll duties.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to address diverse HR topics.
  • Familiarity with Swiss HR laws is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Abacus is a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of business needs.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and adapt to changing priorities.
