We are looking for a dynamic and passionate digital enthusiast to join our team as the Digital Innovation Lead. Reporting to the Innovation Director, you will support modernization strategy and roadmap innovation for Webloyalty. Your day to day activities will be varied and diverse as you identify opportunities, educate and coordinate with multiple markets and follow and provide business feedback on strategic initiatives. You will work closely with all other business units (Customer Service, Product, Merchandising, Retention, Production, Reputation, Billing, Creative, Legal, Data) to deliver capabilities that help Webloyalty maintain its competitive advantage.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, coupled with a deep understanding of digital technologies and innovation process.
KEY RESPONSABILITES
Evaluate market trends in the area of digital marketing & product, ad-serving & media, develop relevant business cases for the integration of new capabilities within the Webloyalty business.
- Support the Digital Innovation Director in the management and follow through of strategic initiatives and projects to provide innovation and modernization to our platforms:
- Create documentation and conduct both internal and external trainings on new capabilities to ensure adoption. This can include :
- Represent the innovation department in meetings to provide updates on activities and evangelization of new capabilities and their outcomes.
- Support in the creation of Prospect/Partner proposals for bespoke implementations
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
