Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and very well-organized Administrative Assistant 100% to join our team and be the contact person for our office in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office in Neuchâtel and assist in managing the day-to-day tasks associated with yacht management, especially in keeping the documentation organized for potential audits or controls. Your primary duties will include:

- Constant learning and training in the nautical sector and luxury yachting industry.

- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

- Maintaining office files, records, and databases up-to-date and organized due a potential audits or compliance controls from authorities.

- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for company executives and staff.

- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.

- Coordinating office supplies and equipment maintenance.

- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements

- Commercial employee degree (CFC).

- High motivation to learn and improve.

- Fluent English language skills C1 (both written and verbal).

- Fluent French language skills C2 (both written and verbal).

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Attention to detail and high accuracy at work.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

- Previous experience in a similar administrative role preferred but not required.
