A day in the role

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Steer and conduct all activities in the employee life cycle, from definition of recruitment needs to day-to-day monitoring, (employees relations, contracts, time management, administrative matters), until employees' release. Monitor related metrics, budgets and forecasts.

• Actively enhance skills growth through direct participation in annual performance reviews, creation of development and succession plans, and monitoring of all of Univerre’s skills pool.

• Promote corporate Values and Culture, and deploy them internally through appropriate initiatives, communications and events.

• Lead or participate in company improvement and development projects, and represent Univerre at official events.

About you

• University Degree in strategic management of HR, or related field ; completed with an additional training in Change Management or Corporate Culture Management

• 7+ years of experience in an HR management role, with a focus in People and culture

• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Switzerland

• Excellent writing & communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Self-driven intrapreneur, who is able to define the HR roadmap and set priorities

• Demonstrate absolute exemplarity and integrity at all times, be a role model

• Ability to work, promote and develop online HR solutions (ATS, performance management, etc).

• Fluent in French & German, English is an asset.
