To complete the team, we are looking for a:

Your role is within the Marketing team in the Growth Office and focuses on supporting:

  • Business Intelligence activities by researching, assessing and validating customer and competitors information with the local teams.
  • CRM (HubSpot) Help Desk for EHL users and contribute to data projects (business analysis, data model, data structure, system improvement, data cleaning …)

Your responsibilities:

Competitive Intelligence & Insights:

  • Research, Generate and analyze commercial reports, challenge the data as needed and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Conduct market research, including data mining and synthesis.
  • Support Business Units in decision making by delivering customer and market analyses.
  • Coordinate projects across teams addressing specific market research requests.
  • Assist the Product Portfolio manager in gathering and processing multiple information sources to build a single repository of information re to EHL products.

CRM Help Desk & Data projects:

  • Provide technical & operational support to CRM users among all business units.
  • Align help desk activities with other stakeholders involved (IT, Business units …) and in case, identify the right stakeholder to provide support to the users’ requests.
  • Contribute to collective workshops to improve Hubspot data management among the company and perform periodic maintenance operations on data.

Period: 1 year maximum

Your profile:

  • Knowledge & use of common market research tools
  • Project management in services
  • Knowledge & use of CRM tools, preferably Hubspot
  • Data-related projects and/or Data management
  • Analytical, with high attention to details but being able to get the big picture too
  • Data & logical mindset: understanding of data structure, logical structures, concepts like nomenclature, standardization, formatting etc.
  • Problem-solving
  • High learning agility and quick learning
  • Curiosity driving superior research and ability to identify key insights for improved BI
  • Proactivity
  • English C2, French C2
