To support our R&D department, we are looking for our offices in Yverdon-les-Bains for a:

Purpose:

As a Hardware and HIL Testing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic fields of hardware engineering and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing. This internship is designed to provide exposure to the development, validation, and testing of electronic control systems, offering valuable insights into both hardware and software aspect of embedded systems.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of electronic circuits and hardware components.
  • Contribute to the prototyping process, gaining practical experience in assembling and testing hardware prototypes.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers to set up and maintain HIL test systems.
  • Gain hands-on experience in integrating simulation models and developing real-time hardware interfaces.
  • Execute predefined test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of embedded systems.
  • Analyze test results and work closely with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Learn and apply scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) to automate test scenarios.
  • Contribute to the development of automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of electronics, circuits, and hardware components.
  • Strong interest in gaining practical experience in HIL testing and hardware development.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
