  • Utilise existing cross-functional data to conduct thorough analysis to assess the effectiveness of current propositions with respect to delivering the right customer outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with customer outcomes.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior stakeholders on proposition performance, consumer duty compliance, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure propositional benefits are highlighted through regular reviews and effectively communicating these with key stakeholders.
  • Provide advice and support to head of MFU and key stakeholders to aid the development of the portfolio business.
  • Responsible for management of identified risks and resolution of issues relating to the Retail business.
  • Working in a matrix environment across functions to ensure adequacy of business support and delivery.
  • Promoting a culture of fairness and value for customers within the organisation.

  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills and confident in use of data.
  • Good understanding of insurance operations, including underwriting, pricing, claims and sales.
  • Understanding of the financial dynamics of insurance business and models (e.g. premium, expenses, return on capital etc.)
  • Experience of the retail market is preferred but not essential.
  • Able to assimilate high level working knowledge of in-house, Third-Party Arrangements, and Broker systems.
  • Able to spot and develop opportunities and keep up to date with changing market dynamics.
  • Optimistic and resilient.
