Description

Oversee and maintain all aspects of computer infrastructure. This includes maintaining networks, servers and security programs and systems.

Manage the upgrade and installation of new hardware and software.

Perform troubleshooting to address any problems with computer systems, and assess viruses and potential threats to any's network.

Conduct network troubleshooting to segregate and identify general network problems.

Maintain all local software and hardware licensing to ensure conformance.

Maintain server, upgrade, secure, system backups and disaster recovery preparation.

Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for desktop environment.

Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations.

Troubleshoot problems, configure hardware and software, implement back up processes and assess systems for upgrades or replacement.

Install new systems and assessing and implementing upgrades as needed.

Assess security programs and decide which is best for the company for which they are employed.

Configures software applications on desktop and laptop computers for new employees.

Provides in-depth support on Windows applications, network connectivity and accounts, network printing, and any other hardware/software issue.

Voice communication support for PBX and VoIP systems.

Maintain inventory management of IT equipment.

Perform daily backups, Symantec Backup Exec experience.

Investigate and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to any applicable system.

Provide training and technical support of hardware and software to end users.

Profile

Experience supporting Windows Server (2012/2016) and Windows desktop/laptop PCs (Windows 10)

Proficient with MS Office 2013/2016 applications.

Experience using remote control tools such as Remote Desktop and TeamViewer.

Experience with Wi-Fi Configuration and Security.

Experience in VIrtualization

Strong Knowledge of Windows Active Directory domains and configurations.

Must have excellent customer relation skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of client organization.

English and French professionnal Level
