MAIN PURPOSE OF THE MISSION

Contributes to the development of the store's team and replaces the Store Manager if necessary;
Helps to manage the activities of the IQOS Store Coaches and ensures their development and training, providing feedback and coaching;
Ensures the headquarters' guidelines are complied with;
Contributes to the monitoring of the store's logistics;
Manages the store's cleanliness and maintenance;
Sharing accountability for store quantitative and qualitative results;
Ensuring a qualitative in-store consumer experience. Leads by example and is able to perform all store experiences and processes.

YOUR ABILITIES:

How to organize a team's schedule and activities;
How to implement a personalized consumer engagement approach;
How to ensure the best consumer experience;
How to manage team meetings;
How to provide feedback and coaching to improve store staff performance;
How to help plan, deliver and monitor store staff training activities;
How to monitor the activities of the store's employees;
How to organize a store's inventory;
How to manage the disposition of the products in a store.

YOUR PROFILE

  • A minimum of 3 years of retail experience or similar service-led consumer care experience
  • A minimum of 1-2 years managing a retail team
  • Intermediate operational knowledge of retail and business systems (e.g. POS, inventory management, MS Office etc.)
  • French and English fluency or proficiency
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional consumer experiences and KPI targets
  • Proven ability to adapt to challenges whilst maintaining composure in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Proven ability to develop a team and individual talent
  • Proven ability to coach individuals to reach desired objective
