As a Trust Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of trust accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of trust administration processes. The ideal candidate will be TEP certified, fluent in French and English, and possess experience in the LATAM and Brazilian markets.

Description

  • Trust Administration: Oversee the administration of trust accounts, including the establishment, maintenance, and termination of trusts in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for trust-related inquiries, advice, and assistance.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, implementing appropriate risk management controls to mitigate potential issues.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and review trust documentation, including trust agreements, deeds, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Asset Management: Collaborate with investment professionals and advisors to develop and implement investment strategies aligned with clients' objectives and risk profiles.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across different departments, including legal, tax, and compliance, to deliver integrated solutions and support cross-functional initiatives.

Profile

  • TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) certification required
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, law, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust administration or related field
  • Strong knowledge of trust and estate planning principles, with experience in the LATAM and Brazilian markets preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and trust administration software
