Customer Service & Export Coordinator (FR & ENG)

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Satisfies our customers with a good follow-up on their files (request, delivery time etc.), reaches the turnover fixed by the Management, ensures good coordination and good communication within the department and with other departments within EMS, executes tasks in conformity with the requirements of EMS’ quality policy
  • Creates and manages client files including:
  • Reception of client orders
  • Controlling of the conformity of the orders
  • Check of feasibility according to the procedure (product)
  • Follow-up and updating of the assigned portfolio of clients
  • Follow-up on planned deadlines and updating and confirmation of the orders
  • Check and verification of the logistics documents
  • Preparation of transport documents / exportation
  • Invoices, deliveries and updating of the client file
  • Follow-up on consignments
  • Follow-up on client complaints
  • Follow-up on clients’ unpaid invoices (reminders)
  • Support for sales organization
  • Supports Marketing by sending material to congresses
  • Assists the sales team with relevant ad hoc requests
  • Provides information to the EMS address database
  • Establishes sales propositions
  • Depending on company needs, other reasonable tasks could be assigned to the employee insofar as they are compatible with his/her qualifications and aptitudes

PROFILE

  • Brevet or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in dealing with customers (internal or external)
  • Advanced skills in Customer service
  • Intermediate skills in Export / Incoterms
  • Fluent in English, French - German is a strong asset
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Stress resistant, structured
