Our client is a US multinational company with a Service Shared Center based in Vaud. They are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative with German and English to fill an ongoing temporary position starting as soon as possible.

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries from German and English speaking countries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing company's products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Complying with all policies and procedures set by the company.
  • Processes orders for shipping including folding/packing paperwork and attaching shipping labels.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

 

PROFIL ATTENDU
  • German mother tongue, Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Executive, Customer Care Coordinator or Customer Support Agent.
  • Experience in telephone and email communication.
  • Possess a professional, helpful and friendly telephone manner.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SAP or Oracle.
  • A strong team player.
  • Available for an immediate start.
