Team lead & Business Process Champion - Record to Report f/m 80 % or more

What you will do

  • Lead and coach the team of Business Process Champions and secure the usage of common tools and methodology along the objective to standardize processes in scope of this team

  • Your main focus will be the upcoming ERP project where you will be accountable for the design and integration of the R2R end-to-end process, working closely with the Business Process Owner R2R and key stakeholders in the project along the end-to-end process

  • Negotiate innovative business solutions along end-to-end process that generate value and are consistent with architectural guidelines and conform to security standards

  • Safeguard end-to-end process integration, adherence to standard, automation and flexibility for R2R process

  • Introduce R2R process controls and KPI's

  • Accountable for continuous improvements along the R2R process

  • Define documentation principles and ensure up-to-dateness of consistent documentation across the end-to-end process

  • Develops communication plans to communicate change

What you bring & who you are

  • Proven expertise and track record in regards to R2R process design and several years of experience in the area of general accounting, reporting, treasury, tax and respective support systems

  • Experience in people management and facilitating change

  • Solid know-how in SAP S/4 Hana

  • Process excellence in regards to designing and modelling business processes

  • Project management skills and qualification as a scrum master

  • Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus

  • Fluent in German and English

About the team

We start to build up a new team of Business Process Champions. This team is placed in the Corporate Information Management department and reports to the Head Application Services. The team includes one team leader and 5 team members. Each team member will be responsible for a different end-to-end processes.
