You will work on GSKs asthma and COPD Ellipta portfolio in the regions Basel, Aargau, Luzern and Bern. Key responsibilities include:
 

Responsibility to drive the Ellipta business amongst specialists
Perform excellent sales calls amongst specialists to drive the Ellipta business
Implement GSK selling techniques with a focus on competitive and emotional selling skills
Plan and implement sales promotion activities and services tailored to the specific account
Uses customer insights to work with customers and with the team to develop innovative solutions and strategies with the aim of achieving high customer satisfaction and prescription of our respiratory medicines.

Responsibility to drive key account planning and execution in the above-mentioned region
Cross-functional leadership of regional KA team and internal stakeholders
Monitor the situation in key accounts and identify opportunities
Develop and implement innovative initiatives
Deliver quarterly KA updates to management

Responsibility for key opinion leader management
Build strong relationships with KOLs
Frequently collaborate with KOLs on projects
Work closely together with the HCP-engagement manager to guarantee high quality events for GPs

Why You?

Basic qualifications:

University degree (Bachelor or Master level) in relevant field (Science, Medical or Commercial) or equivalent para-medical education
Fluency in German
Very deep knowledge of the Swiss Market (experience working in Switzerland)
Sales experience preferably within the Pharmaceutical/Consumer Healthcare industry, applicants with background from other areas will be considered
Ability to discuss scientific and medical data with external and internal stakeholders, strong presentation skills (German and English)
Strong experience in project management and business context understanding
Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams
Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate several areas of own and team work to meet relevant goals
Strong planning and organisational skills
Good planning and time management skills, with ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Results oriented and Entrepreneurial, “can do” and “will do” attitude
