Position Summary

 


This role is integrally dedicated to the management of the customer lifecycle, meaning the get, welcome, grow and win back steps and overall management of the fragile/downgrade and inactive customer behaviors. You will drive the related direct marketing campaigns and automated workflows through campaigns management, design targets leveraging predictive scores and analyze their performance & efficiency. Furthermore, you will be in close collaboration with the CX Lifecycle communication Project Manager, the channels and the rest of the marketing department.


A day in a life of a Consumer Experience & CRM Project Manager:

 


  • Initiate, define and implement direct marketing campaigns linked to the calendar plan and/or the customer lifecycle

  • Build communication approaches, activation mechanisms and related business cases for each customer segment

  • Define customer targets to be contacted and activated during the campaigns. Prepare and deploy marketing campaigns via the campaign management tool (Adobe Campaign)

  • Deliver projects / campaign post-analysis on results vs. control group & freeze group, including strong recommendations, through database analysis (SQL language) and data management tool (SPSS modeler)

  • Manage and follow-up CRM projects with market and headquarters stakeholders, as well as external agencies

What will make you successful

 


  • University degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Economics

  • 3-4 years of experience in CRM insights / data science within an FMCG, telecommunication or digital company

  • Data mining experience on customer base analysis and KPIs reporting (SPSS modeler is a plus)

  • Project Management skills

  • Experience in Campaign Management (Adobe Campaign)

  • Excellent analytical thinking and proactive mindset

  • Fluent in English. German and/or French as a plus
