Global Product Strategy (GPS) drives the business strategy at Roche from research to commercialization. GPS collaborates closely with teams across the organization to bring new therapies to the market and maximize the launched product portfolio. We are looking for an Intern in our Healthcare Compliance Office (HCO) within the GPS Group. The HCO’s mission is to increase our initiatives' impact and to measure how effective campaigns impact new behaviors in Roche. We also want to simplify our messages so that teams can implement and adopt compliance in their initiatives and innovations. The Compliance Team who will be directly working with the other team members will also provide Training and Support to the Regions, as well as establish and develop our internal communications methods. 

In this context, your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • help to create the Communications and Engagement Strategy

  • Assist in planning as well as writing communications to inform the global network

  • Manage an HCO Communication plan end to end

  • Work with internal and external communications teams to enhance our strategies

  • Engage and manage vendors dedicated to Communications

  • You will also be able to look into other tasks and gain exposure in areas such as event planning

We are seeking…

  • An ambitious student who is currently enrolled (preferably in Business or in a related field) or in a gap year between degrees

  • A person who works proactively and brings a high level of initiative for qualitatively high professional management, as well as a dedicated attitude

  • An excellent communicator across different hierarchical levels, with a service oriented mindset

  • Strong commitment and desire to work impactfully in a transforming environment

  • Ability to work in self-managed team

  • Proficient in English 

  • Ideally experienced in MS Office, agile working tools such as Trello or Smartsheet and social media tools (e.g. LinkedIn) and G+
