Data Manager Customer Experience (f/m)
Glattpark (Opfikon - Zürich)
Duties and responsibilities:
  • act as interface between Customer Experience & Training and stakeholders (Customer Services, Consumer Customers and Business Customers)
  • responsible of defining and supporting a program to improve Customer Experience and quality of services
  • monitor processes from a quality perspective
  • drive the changes within the CEX analysis framework for CS and the rest of Sunrise
  • assist with the implementation of an analysis & reporting environment
  • analyze data and processes
  • propose recommendations and translate them into improvement actions and track their implementation
Qualifications:
  • Degree in economics, business, mathematics, statistics or similar studies
  • 5 years of working experience within analytics
  • Profound knowledge of Excel and statistical tools
  • Experience with relational data base / SQL knowledge
  • Ability to translate business needs / business questions into a data context and vice versa
  • Ability to translate complex analytical results into tangible recommendations
  • English - Fluent, written and spoken German and/or French is a plus.
