(Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon)

Job description

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Point of contact for various queries from different internal and external stakeholders
- Greet and support all people entering the office (staff, visitors, clients, vendors, etc.)
- Handle incoming telephone queries and provide support. Forward all calls in an efficient and professional manner, and take messages when required
- Provide coverage of reception area (courteous, pleasant and professional presence, greeting and assisting all visitors)
- Ordering of office supplies
- Distribution of incoming and outgoing mails
- Handling of internal watch sales and repairs
- Representation of colleagues during their absences

Profile

Your profile
- Commercial education (min. E-Profile of Swiss education level)
- Excellent communication skills (German, French and English spoken and written)
- Customer oriented, teamplayer
- Accurate and effective way of working
- Discrete and trustworthy
- Good knowledge of MS Office

Professional requirements

- Commercial education (min. E-Profile of Swiss education level)

Languages

- French: excellent
- German: excellent
- English excellent
