The role

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who helps us build long-lasting, mutually beneficial and strategic relationships with our existing customers. You love green mobility, and want to see it grow around the world? Interested? Here’s what you’ll do day to day:

Manage a portfolio of customers from signing to renewal of the contract

  • Ensure contract renewal and upsell of product and services

  • Create business opportunities through customers networks and recommendations

  • Understand the needs of the customer and explain the product value together with the customer success team 

  • Provide support to internal departments in collecting information and coordinating within the ElectricFeel team

  • Ensuring communication with ElectricFeel financial and legal departments

  • Testimonials, videos and coordination with the marketing department

Point of contact for customers within EF organisation

  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes

  • In charge of involving upper management and organizing regular strategic meetings

  • Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience

Requirements

The skills, experience, and mindset we're looking for

  • You have a BSc in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent

  • You are a native German speaker and you are fluent in English - written and spoken

  • You have at least 5 years of experience working in companies offering a SaaS product, or software engineering, ideally within the clean mobility industry

  • You’re comfortable understanding complex technology and business cases

  • You have outstanding negotiation skills, managing complex relationships and negotiating contracts

  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with both clients and colleagues

  • You work autonomously and you are self-organised

  • You make shrewd decisions based on evidence and data (knowledge on data analytics, market research, business intelligence tools)

  • You are based in one of the cities where we have our offices (Barcelona & Zurich), or you are confident and happy working remotely, from anywhere in Europe
