Job Overview

Our Swiss manufacturing and development site in Bevaix is IATF 16949 certified; it employs 70 people and is wholly recognized as one of the worldwide leaders in digital pressure sensor systems. Only weighing a few grams, our products are designed to be implemented in diverse applications in the automotive, consumer and industrial markets.


To strengthen the product development engineering team, we are looking for an entry within the best delays:



The successful candidate will be involved in the development, construction and qualification of sensor components and packaged solutions.

Your career with us:

In your position, you will be responsible in the following development tasks:

  • Development of pressure sensor assemblies and sensor packaging,

  • Mechanical layout in 3D and 2D,

  • Combining mechanical, electrical and pneumatic assemblies,

  • Materials selection, tolerance calculation, FEM analysis,

  • Assembly of designed constructions, perform prototype tests in laboratory,

  • Contact with suppliers and workshops, ensuring follow-up of offers, orders and subcontracted work,

  • Maintenance and development of CAD environment,

  • Maintenance of development documentation,

  • Compliance with ISO9001 and ISOTS16949,

  • Active participation in sensor product development by designing mass production elements, 

  • Analyse customer problems in collaboration with quality department. 


Your strong commitment will make you successful to:

  • Deliver in time and in specifications new setups for sensor qualification or production,

  • Be a key player in new sensors design,

  • Maintain and develop a high-quality know-how,

  • Continue improvement of product & design,

  • Bring new products to an industrial level.


You will interact also with your colleagues all over the world as the expert and helping-hand.

What your background should look like:
  • Engineering degree in Mechatronics or related field,

  • At least 3 years of experience as Mechanical/Automation Engineer,

  • Solid background on Solidworks and AutoCAD or equivalent,

  • PCB Layout is a plus (Altium),

  • Reliable, focused on quality, capable of working independently and under pressure, able to handle several projects concurrently, keen on innovative solutions,

  • Excellent team player,

  • Always looking to improve and try new ideas,

  • Organized, accurate and structured,

  • Energizing and result oriented,

  • Open minded and intercultural awareness,

  • Fluent in English, French speaking (or willing to learn).
