Assistant Relationship Manager

What will you be working with?

  • Support the Relationship Managers to onboard new clients 

  • Correspondence and answering brokerage client inquiries

  • Handling, registration and booking of brokerage trades

  • Supporting the team in different administrative tasks

  • Online Trading Platform management

  • Various project support 

Here is our wish list for what you can do already

  • Commercial apprenticeship or higher education 

  • Basic understanding of Crypto and financial business is desired

  • Very good communication skills and experience in direct client contact

  • Dedicated and responsible personality with strong team-player attitude

  • Ability to work independently and to stay calm in hectic situations

  • Flexible personality, which likes to work on weekends

  • Fluency in German, Swiss German and English; French and other languages are an advantage
