Continuing to invest in our future, we are looking to hire a Product Manager to join our marketing team in Switzerland. 

Responsible for our Barrier product range, you will be in charge of effectively implementing our marketing strategy in the Swiss market. You will identify local market needs, and adapt our message accordingly, whilst ensuring that our global marketing strategy is adhered to. 

Working closely with our sales team, you will plan and execute product launches, visit clients, attend salons & exhibitions, and perform ongoing analysis of pricing and ROI. This ongoing analysis will also enable you to forecast and budget accurately. 

Responsabilities

  • Planning and implementation of product launches including potential analysis, strategy, pricing, pre- and post-launch management
  • Communicating local strategies, plans and sales promotion measures
  • Conception and implementation of internal product training courses as well as the provision of relevant market and competitive information
  • Portfolio and product lifecycle management including regular recording, checking and implementation of improvement opportunities in the product and service portfolio 
  • Budget planning (sales, costs, results) in coordination with specifications and the Marketing Director
  • Control of strategy implementation and target achievement by sales and definition of supplementary measures
  • Development and implementation of local pricing guidelines in coordination with international guidelines and the Marketing Director
  • Planning and monitoring of quantity and price forecasts as part of the Mölnlycke Business Management process

 

Your Profile

  • Academic education with a focus on marketing or business
  • Healthcare, Medical Devices or Medtech experience
  • 2-3 years professional experience in marketing
  • Solid IT and analysis skills
  • Business fluent in English and German, French would also be useful.

  • Structured approach
  • Good conceptual thinking
