Group Key User SAP FICO
Support the Product Owner and Deputy by taking ownership in various activities of SAP implementation, ongoing business support & improvement of local KU knowledge.
Will take active part in the closing process as part of the centralization of the activity at group level.

The production site of Mex, near Lausanne in Switzerland, is also the headquarters of the Bobst Group. It is the most important site, employing approx. 1500 passionate people.
It also trains each year roughly 200 apprentices. The site offers an idyllic work environment. In the countryside and close to major highways, it is also well served by public transport. It offers many amenities, such as a corporate restaurant, sports fields, a fitness and a nursery. The facilities have been recently renovated and represent a model for sustainable development.

Main Responsibilities:
Participate in the SAP implementation of the new entities:
- Train new FICO PKUs (Product Key Users) / users of local entity
- Perform first run of testing and support FICO PKUs with testing and Go Live
- Ensure change request are properly documented and validated
- Report to PO and Finance any deviation to group processes and propose improvements
- Work with the local entities on cutover activities
- Help local key users and end users with their questions on SAP process
- Is capable to understand the system behavior to solve process issue and document the problem to discussed with PO and IT Support
- In partnership with the IT support help to resolve issues on the system and assure the first testing before to review with business
- Work with local key users on preparing new business needs (support to the PO)
- Reviewing accesses to SAP FICO modules
- Build BW & Tableau reports and requests
- Developing PKU network & FICO community
- Develop and maintain a set of standard documents for each financial processes flows
- Ensure training material has been reviewed and is in line with POs FICO guidelines
- Perform visits to existing SAP entities and ensure common usage of SAP
- Share best practices
- Report to PO any deviation to group processes and propose improvements
Critical Skills and Personal Attributes:
Functional skills:
- Expert in SAP (FI, CO, PS) with ability to identify areas of improvement
- Practical experience of all the process of CO Closing
- Order (Sales, Services, Production)
- Project system (WBS, and network and templates)
- COPA
- Cost center allocation (actual and planning)
- Experience in the evaluation, integration and maintenance of the main financial process flows:
- Procure to Pay (including PR - PO)
- Order to Cash (including Credit & Collection)
- Stock transfers
- Month-end close (including intercompany reconciliation, Fixed Asset takes, stock takes (cycle count), balance sheet reconciliations)
- Product costing
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Hands-on experience as a General Ledger Accountant or Finance Controller in an Entity (Sales Office / Manufacturing), including exposure to Management Accounting
- Experience in the development of training material and delivering training classes
- Strong skills in process description and report writing
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Access)
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- Proactive and independent self-starter
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills. Positive and open minded attitude
- Ability to deliver effective and clear training
- Demonstrated experience in working effectively with multiple legal Entities and Business Units in an international environment
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
- University degree in economics / finance / accounting / IT or equivalent
- Confirmed experience as SAP KU CO modules (FI is a plus)
- 5-8 year experience
