We are looking for someone immediately or by arrangement
⚒️ Your main area of responsibility
You will not master these tasks alone: Together with your work partner Nicole (80 %) and other internal and external specialist offices such as the fire police or the municipal police, you ensure that permits are processed efficiently and concerns are competently supported.
- Issuing permits for events as well as hospitality, small and medium retail businesses
- Managing resident and night parking permits
- Running the security secretariat including counter and telephone service
You will not master these tasks alone: Together with your work partner Nicole (80 %) and other internal and external specialist offices such as the fire police or the municipal police, you ensure that permits are processed efficiently and concerns are competently supported.
🎓 What you bring with you
- Completed commercial basic training (public administration)
- Professional experience in the permit sector or a comparable function
- Service-oriented personality with tact and pragmatic solution orientation
- Quick comprehension as well as an independent, careful and structured way of working
