- Fluent in German; French skills preferred, proficient in MS Office.

- Recruitment of new employees in collaboration with supervisors
- Responsibility for handling the complete personnel administration process from entry to exit, including evaluations
- Support of the existing HR team
- HR specialist with a federal diploma or career changer with several years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Independent, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style
- Willingness to work partly at external locations
- Confident in German correspondence, French language skills desired
- Proficient in the MS Office suite, SAP HCM user knowledge is an advantage
- Thorough training in the interesting, diverse area of responsibility
