Required minimum profile
- Doctoral or Master’s degree, in International Affairs, Political Science, International Law, Humanitarian Studies, Risk Management, or any other field directly relevant to the GCSP’s mission.
- Proven writing, researching, and editing skills as well as capacity to develop policy recommendations.
- 7-10 years of functional experience in arms control, disarmament, and non-proliferation at think tanks, academia, governments, and/or international or non-governmental organisations
- Demonstrated knowledge and insights, in arms control, disarmament, and non-proliferation, proven by participation in relevant policy processes and/or publications
- Swiss or EU National or holder of a valid work permit
