What you do as a clerk for health costs is of great importance to our clients: You independently process health and disability costs, a sub-area of supplementary benefits. This means you check benefit statements from health insurance companies, dentist and home care invoices, reimburse deductibles and co-payments, check transport costs, applications for household help or cost estimates for dental treatments. As demanding and varied as your tasks are, you appreciate telephone and written contact with clients, dentists, and insurers.

You like people and interacting with them. You are proactive, resilient, and enjoy telephone as well as written customer contact. Personal responsibility and team spirit go hand in hand for you. Efficient working is a matter of course, whether it involves demanding tasks or routine work. You value exchange with your colleagues and contribute to continuously optimising our workflows.
