To support the HR team within the framework of a digital transformation project, this position will allow you to deploy all your talents on rich and varied topics within BCVS.
Concretely?
- In close collaboration with the HR Business Partners, you will support all stages of the employee life cycle; recruitment, onboarding, career development, workplace health, reorganization, performance evaluation, etc.
- Within the Human Resources department, you will actively contribute to the improvement of transversal HR processes; salary policy, training and skills development, succession and mobility, administration, control, legal matters, and monitoring of indicators.
- Your role will lead you to deploy effective communication, both internally on various HR topics.

- You have training in the HR field and experience in an HR generalist role with proven skills in HR administration and excellent knowledge of Swiss legal requirements.
- You know HR administrative processes and master payroll and social insurance processing.
- Equipped with analytical skills and a sense of responsibility, you quickly grasp complex situations while ensuring the confidentiality of handled matters and bring innovative solutions for the benefit of all stakeholders.
