What Awaits You
In this hub function, you are the first point of contact for our customers in Düdingen. What does your range of activities look like?
- You are responsible for all administrative activities and work closely with the financial partners, the sales manager, and the internal service.
- You ensure the flow of daily business: telephone and physical availability, email/post traffic, onboarding new employees, etc.
- You keep the insurance business in the area of non-life private customers as well as individual life up to date.
- You help the entire sales team in everyday work to achieve our ambitious goals: among other things, CRM maintenance, scheduling customer visits, and creating offers in the non-life private customer sector.
- You support events as well as marketing and social media topics.
Your Team
Our general agency consists of our three sales teams as well as the support team (Sales Support, Financial and Corporate Specialist Support, Apprentices, Marketing Manager). In Düdingen, you can expect a humorous and lively team. Committed and motivated, we support each other to excellently master the demanding challenges in the financial services industry.
What We Expect
Do you have
- a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification?
- confident handling of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint?
- excellent digital skills, as well as experience in social media?
- confident oral and written expression in German and French?
- experience in the insurance industry? The VBV certificate is a requirement: either you already have it or will obtain it alongside your job.
