Consultant / Senior Consultant (all genders) - Turnaround & Restructuring

Our specialised and market-leading Turnaround & Restructuring team is currently looking for new additions. The team advises corporate leaders to maximize shareholder value by bringing the full set of sector and functional competencies to our clients within global Deloitte network.

You will work in the areas of corporate simplifications, corporate turnarounds as well as debt advisory. Your tasks will be hands-on, side by side with other professionals, and you will have the opportunity to work directly with client's management and other stakeholders.

We will give you the opportunity to work in a client-facing role on projects in key Swiss industries. For example, you may be part of a multidisciplinary team working on a bank wind-down to secure seamless return of the bank licence and subsequent liquidation of the bank. Or you may find yourself working with international colleagues on a project for a multinational corporation aimed to identify cost savings and risk reductions through corporate structure rationalization programme. How you can make an impact

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant within the Turnaround & Restructuring team, you will work alongside a small core team, own the clients' challenges and deliver hands-on practical solutions to clients' problems, support senior colleagues in advising clients' management and other stakeholders, cooperate with other colleagues from audit, tax & legal as well as consulting to deliver complex solutions that might include finance, legal, tax, HR and/or operating aspects, bring in your ideas, enthusiasm, and investigative insights to drive the projects forward, engage in business development, marketing initiatives and practice development activities.

Who are we looking for

• You are motivated to work in a demanding environment and are passionate about professional growth and further developing your investigative, conceptual, and interpersonal skills; 
• furthermore, you: hold a master's degree or about to complete your advanced academic program in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics,
• are fluent in German and English.
