We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d) to support our sales department in Lucerne.

What you can achieve:
- Responsible for the independent administrative recording and follow-up of customer orders
- Triage of incoming customer inquiries to the responsible department
- Support of the sales team in administration, organization, and execution of customer events
- Conducting written or telephone acquisition measures with existing or new customers
- Handling customer administration and system entry of offers and contracts
- You know how to maintain the important interfaces with all involved parties (customers, sales staff, supervisors) to ensure a smooth process for the benefit of our customers
What you bring:
- You have a commercial basic education and bring initial professional experience
- You are proficient in office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- You are a committed and actively thinking personality who enjoys administrative tasks and customer contact
- You like to work in a team but also independently
- Ideally, you have good English skills
