Your main tasks:
- Operation and monitoring of building technical systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, etc.)
- Operation of systems such as building management systems, locking systems, EVAC
- Supervision of sprinkler systems and fire alarm systems
- Quality control regarding cleaning, buildings, safety
- Maintenance of outdoor facilities including green areas and outdoor rounds
- Execution of minor repair and maintenance work
- Waste separation and disposal of cardboard, aluminum, PET
- On-call duty within the on-call group
- Handling holiday replacements in the cleaning area
Your profile:
- Qualification as a federally certified janitor and at least 5 years of professional experience
- Technical affinity is an advantage
- SIBE course and sprinkler maintenance
- Good German skills, both spoken and written
- MS Office knowledge
